SheetPort ("the Service") provides Google Sheets add-ons that sync data between third-party SaaS platforms and your spreadsheets. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SheetPort is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any connected SaaS platform (e.g. Klaviyo).
You are responsible for the API credentials you connect and for complying with the terms of the connected platform. Use scoped, least-privilege keys where available. You can revoke access at any time by rotating the key or disconnecting in the sidebar.
Write-back actions modify data in your connected platform. Review your selection before pushing changes; deletions and overwrites happen in your account under your authority. We recommend testing with a small selection first.
The Free plan includes manual sync. Pro is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, the Google APIs Terms, or the terms of connected platforms (including sending spam or processing data you have no right to process).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
